Prakash JhaÂs Âpolitics unfolds today

The wait is finally over! Leaving behind all the controversies and allegations, Prakash JhaÂs multi starrer and political saga ÂRaajaneeti have opened up today. Loosely based on Indian epic Mahabharata, JhaÂs ambitious venture features Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Arjun Rampal, Nana Patekar and Manoj Bajpai. While Naseruddin Shah does a brief role, Hollywood actress Sarah Thompson plays a part as RanbirÂs girlfriend.
The film had been facing oppositions for its political theme and KatrinaÂs resemblance to Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Both Ranbir and Katrina have shed their glam tag and adapted a new serious avatar.
